Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
The ARC Client Portal is provided by RSC Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd, trading as RSC Dynamic Supply Chain Management ("RSC"), part of the LiebenGroup. RSC is the responsible party for personal information processed on the portal. The portal is hosted and maintained on RSC's behalf by NBS Group, acting as an operator under contract.
2. What we collect
We collect only what the portal needs to work:
- Your name and email address, used for your account.
- Your password, stored only in hashed form — we cannot read it.
- Sign-in and usage events, kept for security and support.
- The regions and sites your organisation has asked us to give you access to.
The portal does not collect marketing data and does not track you across other websites.
3. Cookies
The portal sets one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is essential to the service, is not used for advertising or analytics, and expires when your session ends.
4. Why we process it
We use this information to operate your account, show you the documents you are entitled to see, keep the portal secure, investigate problems, and support you when something goes wrong.
5. Storage and security
Portal data is stored on dedicated servers managed for RSC by NBS Group. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to accounts and documents is restricted by role and by the region and site assignments set by RSC administrators. Administrative actions are logged.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. It is shared only with NBS Group as the hosting operator, within RSC and LiebenGroup where needed to provide the service, and where the law requires disclosure.
7. Retention
Account information is kept while your account is active. When an account is removed, related sign-in records are kept only as long as needed for security and legal purposes, then deleted.
8. Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. These rights, and how to exercise them, are set out in the POPIA Policy.
