1. About the portal
The ARC Client Portal ("the portal") is provided by RSC Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd, trading as RSC Dynamic Supply Chain Management ("RSC", "we", "us"). The portal gives RSC clients secure access to inspection and service documents that relate to their own sites and operations.
2. Accounts and access
Access is by invitation only. RSC creates accounts for named client users and assigns each account to the regions and sites that user may see. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell RSC immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. RSC may suspend or remove an account at any time to protect the portal or its data.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the portal only for your organisation's own business purposes. You may not share your login with others, attempt to access documents outside your assigned regions or sites, probe or disrupt the service, or use automated tools to bulk-download content without RSC's written consent.
4. Documents
Documents on the portal are prepared for the named client and remain confidential between that client and RSC. You may download and use them within your organisation. You may not republish them or supply them to third parties without RSC's consent, except where the law requires disclosure.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The portal may be taken offline for maintenance. Documents should not be treated as your only copy of any record you are required to keep.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, RSC is not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the portal, other than loss caused by RSC's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.
7. Personal information
How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy and the POPIA Policy.
8. Changes
RSC may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available from the portal sign-in page and dashboard footer. Continued use of the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law and contact
